How should I format my manuscript for the best results?
Use or add numbered chapter headings in a heading style. Avoid characters from other languages and scripts, such as cyrillic, Malayalam, Chinese Hànzì, the Japanese Kanji, Devanagari, Hangul, Hebrew and the Greek alphabet. Manuscripts in English using the Latin alphabet will yield the best results.
